Services

Most potential clients ask, "Just what do you do?"   The answer varies with the needs of the client and the skills of the Virtual Assistant. "Virtually" any task can be delegated, but some assignments are unique and require special preparation or experience.   Kathryn thrives on variety and enjoys mastering new challenges, so she finds it hard to define exactly what she does.   To help you, here is a list of some of the services done for clients, but please remember this is a very small sampling of what is possible or is being done already.

Author Assistance

Providing authors with support from book conception to sales, Kathryn has received special training in all areas of book writing, publishing, and marketing.

Social Networking

For clients who have little time to maintain ther presence on sites such as LinkedIn, FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, blogging, etc., Kathryn is there to keep your presence online while you work on your business.

Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Maintenance

A time-saving strategy for clients.   Why spend time calling and setting up appointments, rescheduling, keeping your schedule on your cell/PDA/appointment book.   Turn this over to the VA and experience the relief!

Document Preparation and Design

Wish you had the time to develop professional-looking documents and reports for your clients?   With a VA, you can get them done for you and take the credit from your clients.

Library and Internet Research
You want to find the perfect quote, the statistics that support your proposal, or perhaps you are a writer and need to research the market before writing on a subject or to get supporting information needed for your book.   Fiction or non-fiction, children's literature or college text, all need supporting research.   Here's another way your VA can save you hours of valuable time!

Vendor Follow-up

Vendor late with a shipment, sent the wrong merchandise, or you have a purchase on your credit card you don't understand?   Perhaps you didn't get your frequent flyer mileage from your trip three months ago?   Delegate these problems to the VA.

Travel and Event Planning/Management

Let your VA deal with the event planners who have booked you to speak,  or set up the seminar arrangements you need, or make sure you get the best price and the seating you prefer on your trip.   An auto-respond message can be put on your email so that people trying to contact you can know why you are not returning their message immediately and can even direct them to call the VA for assistane.   If you won't be able to pick up your email remotely while away, Kathryn can monitor your email for you and delete spam so you only have business-related email to deal with when you return.   She can also monitor for urgent messages and call you for instructions - reduce the number of phone calls while you travel!

And many more....

There are many, many more services that can be done remotely to save you time and stress.  Meetings can be set up, bridge lines booked, travel arrangements for special needs, returning calls to your clients, press releases, marketing efforts - the list goes on and on.   Just remember, the client defines the services needed,   but the list may be expanded and often is after working with Kathryn for awhile.
